Hi I bought myself a new laptop about a week ago. It's Dell Inspiron 15R 7520. The external hard drive works fine on every other device. When I first plugged it in, it worked.
There's a small blue light that appears on the hard drive when the lap top regocnizes it. At first it worked in every USB port, then it worked in just 1 of the 4 usb ports and now it doesn't work at all. When it did work tho, it crashed after about 30mins after moving files or watching the media I had on the hard drive.
