We have one here, had problems with teachers who had upgraded to windows 10 (even after i told them not too!) with print jobs getting stuck at 'spooling' but ive done a clean install of win10 on one laptop for testing, and ive not come accross any problems myself.Yep - I had these exact problems too, but installing the latest driver has fixed most issues. In some cases the printer doesn't appear for some users, it's just really odd. There's also a Ricoh on the same network that works with no issues. Did you or have you had an engineer apply any firmware upgrades on the photocopier? On a related note, does anyone know of a tool or a command I can run, to reset the Windows 10 spooler to defaults?
