EZ drummer EXZ download install RESOLVED Bought this Vintage Rock expansion download(only serial number) last night, received the serial number, authorization code and can't find the 'authorization sceen' to activate the kit and loops. When I open EZ drummer I only have the Pop rock and cocktail kits. Can't find an executable for the vintage kit, or even any evidence of it at all on my pc, including the toontrack/ez drummer file. Scanned VST(and I) folders, did everything I can think of. I've searched this forum as well as toontracks' but.to no avail, as well as emailed toontracks.

Did you put ware the other packs are?? No need to scan the VST scan. Its not a VST, its an expansion pack Can't find an executable for the vintage kit, or even any evidence of it at all on my pc, including the toontrack/ezdrummer file. Scanned VST just doing the vst scan will do nothing, especially if you do not scan the right place.

ToonTrack has converted to a new sales system. If you buy any of their products through the retail channel, you get a box full of CDs containing all their products. I bought EZDrummer in Jan at GC on sale. GC has their POS computer set up to issue a serial number on the receipt.

(They say that they can retrieve it for you if you lose the receipt.) You install the product from the CD and go through the authorization and update process. If I want buy another TT product, I buy a serial number from GC or the TT website and install it from the CD. Evidently it's worth it to have only one sku.

Robert - I hope you can come back and help me with this! I am having the exact same problem with S2.0 that I bought at GC. But I didn't get ANY disks from GC like Murray said, all I got was the license code.

Did you finally get them to answer your emails? Where are you emailing them? Can I call them and get them to fix this? I was able to download the S2.0 engine, but no content!!! Problem With Toontrack Keygen Authorization - SOLVED!! Anybody else having trouble in Windows 7/8 for generating the last part of a code (Authorization Number) on the Keygen? What a nightmare.

For some reason, the keygen would work to supply a serial for me, but not the auth. It just wouldn't display. Tried the keygen on a Windows XP drive and viola, it worked.

Got me to thinking - it's an anti-virus/anti-malware protect that I can't shut off. Switched over to 'SAFE MODE' on my Win 7 system and generated serials and auth. Codes and it worked. But when I went to save the auth.

Code to the EZkeys Instruments in safe mode, I'd get the 'OKAY' - authorization excepted. Booted back to Win 7, standard mode and the authorization wasn't there any more. I got you, my little pretty. Used the keygen as far as I could in Windows 7 (Normal Mode) to receive serial number and computer I.D. Number (needed!) and then wrote them into a text file. Rebooted to safe mode, inputted the txt. File data into the keygen and received the correct Auth.

Code for when you'll boot back to Windows 7, Normal Mode. Inputted the new Auth.

But thanks anyhow. As for choosing the option to save to a USB, I can't reinforce this point enough: I had NO OPTIONS PROVIDED TO ME re that last step of generating an Authorization Number. The little window where it's supposed to have appeared remained blank, both on my Win 7 system and on my Win 8.1 laptop.

I truly suspect it has to do with Microsoft Security Essentials or Malwarebytes Anti-Malware (even though I switched them off and ripped them out of the running systems list). Otherwise, why would the keygen fire up and produce a number in Safe mode? Am I really the only one who's noticed this issue?

Seems weird that no one else has seen this, as I tried it on two systems with the same result (save the XP system, where it worked fine). No biggie, but if anyone notices and finds this post, 'glad I could help'. Later, Cardamom.
